Our portfolio of assets will predominantly consist of Real Estate holdings (residential, commercial, industrial, and virtual properties); however, as necessary, it may also contain CASH or cash equivalents such as crypto assets, bonds, instruments of debt, etc. that will cause the total value of the portfolio to fluctuate in value.

Baron NFTs are unique Limited Edition Digital Assets offering holders the opportunity to own a digital collectible while playing an important role in revolutionizing the crypto world with the merger of real world assets. Baron NFTs may also be staked for 12, 24, or 36 months to earn daily passive rewards of $BRE Tokens.

Baron NFTs are Limited Edition Digital Collectibles that holders can stake (temporarily lock) to earn $BRE Token Rewards. $BRE Tokens can be swapped, bought, or sold 24/7 on decentralized exchanges and are backed by the cash flow of the real estate properties and other real world assets owned and managed by the Baron Foundation Trust.

By simply holding $BRE tokens in your wallet you are rewarded every time tokens change hand from seller to buyer. 3% of each transaction is redistributed to all other token holders based on their pro rata share of all the tokens in circulation. For example, if you were to own 1% of all the tokens, you would receive 1% of that 3% transaction fee. Those tokens would then be added to your wallet thereby increasing your pro rata share of the next transaction.  Additionally, you can stake your tokens to earn a fixed APY return.

Initially only $BRE tokens will be tradable on supported cryptocurrency exchanges. We will, however, be adding support for an NFT Marketplace at a later time to provide a mechanism to sell your NFTs to others who may have missed out on this incredible opportunity.

Our vision includes expanding our portfolio to include real estate holdings throughout the USA and Internationally, continually seeking profitable investment opportunities. In addition to real estate, our model can be expanded into many other areas that have the potential for high cash flow (aka Project X).
